S.L. 552.13 Art. 20Commencement notice.

Prior to the commencement of any works relative to a valid permission, the shall submit the relative commencement notice on perit behalf of the applicant to the Executive Chairperson in the format established by the Authority, at least five (5) days in advance to the date of the commencement of works or the utilisation of permit. The perit shall notify the Executive Chairperson of the date of commencement of works or of the utilisation of the permit.
