S.L. 552.17 Art. 11Applicability of otherarticles of the Environment and Development Planning Act. Cap. 504.

The provisions of articles 94 and 95 of the Environment and Development Planning Act shall remain in force and be applicable in so far as they relate to:

(a) current proceedings before the Court of Magistrates

(Malta) or the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) and the Court of Criminal Appeal in relation to the Environment and Development Planning Act; and

(b) proceedings instituted for offences carried out by the 3rd of April 2016 in breach of the Environment and Development Planning Act.
