S.L. 590.1 Art. 3Exemption from drawing up and registering a whitepaper.

The provisions of article 3 of the Act shall not apply to any person who has commenced an offering in terms of article 3 prior to two weeks of the coming into force of the Act:

Provided that the exemption laid down in this regulation shall only apply to those persons whose offering will continue until not later than the 31 January 2019: Provided further that persons whose offering will continue after the 31st January 2019, shall, by not later than the said date, draw up a whitepaper and register it with the competent authority in terms of article 3 of the Act.
