S.L. 594.20 Art. 4Composition of Part Three of the Register.

(1) Without prejudice to the provision of article 11 of the

Act, the Register shall consist of Part Three A for persons in gainful employment seeking alternative full-time employment; Part Three B for the registration of students seeking temporary employment.

(2) Part Three C for the registration of persons who are seeking part-time employment. Part Three C of the register shall consist of two sections:

(a) Part Three C1 for those unemployed persons seeking part-time employment as their principal employment; and

(b) Part Three C2 for persons who are seeking part-time employment and who are already in gainful Part-Time or full-time employment.
