S.L. 595.31 Art. 5Functions. 

(1) The Agency, in consultation with the Minister, establish and reorganize units, divisions and sections as appropriate to exercise its functions.

(2) The operations of the Agency shall be carried out in accordance with the Agency performance agreement made in accordance with article 30 of the Act.
