S.L. 601.3 Art. 125Time limits.

(1) The minimum time limit for receipt of requests to participate shall be thirty days from the date on which the contract notice was sent to the Publication Office of the European Union or from when the call for competition is published, as the case may be, whilst the minimum time limit for the receipt of initial tenders shall be thirty days from the date on which the invitation was sent.

(2) The provisions of regulations 121 and 122 shall apply also to the competitive procedure with mutatis mutandis negotiation.
