S.L. 601.5 Art. 115Request to participate.

Any economic operator may submit a request to participate in response to either a contract notice in respect to tenders with an estimated value which meets or exceeds the threshold in Schedule 5 or a call for competition, as the case may be, by providing the information for qualitative selection that is requested by the contracting entity.
