S.L. 601.5 Art. 99Time limits of requests to participate.

The minimum time limit for the receipt of requests to participate shall, as a general rule, be fixed at no less than thirty days from the date on which the contract notice was sent in case of tenders with an estimated value which meet or exceed the values in Schedule 5, or when the call for competition is published or, where a periodic indicative notice is used as a means of calling for competition, the invitation to confirm interest was sent and shall in any event not be less than fifteen days.
