(1) Where the chairman believes that the Evaluation

Committee needs specialised support he shall forward a request to the head of the contracting authority or the contracting entity who made the recommendation in terms of regulation 48(2).

(2) The head of the contracting authority or the contracting entity shall afford the support in the shortest time possible.
