S.L. 646.18 Art. 15Accumulation of harmful substances.

(1) Where harmful substances accumulate or may accumulate in the atmosphere, appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure:

(a) their suppression at source; or

(b) their extraction and removal at source; or

(c) the dilution of accumulations of such substances.

(2) The system must be capable of dispersing such harmful atmosphere in such a way that workers are not at risk.
