S.L. 65.11 Art. 104Exemption for certain standing motor vehicles.

The Commissioner of Police, if satisfied that any part of any road within an area specially set aside for the parking of motor vehicles or as a stand for hackney carriages, is adequately lighted may give his consent for the use of such parking places or stand by motor vehicles without lights and it shall not be necessary for motor vehicles standing in any parking place in respect of which such consent has been given to keep their lights on.
