S.L. 65.11 Art. 93Defective motor vehicles.

No person shall drive, or allow to be driven any motor vehicle, the brakes, springs or other mechanical vital parts of which are defective.

Any motor vehicle may at any time be examined by the Police, Community Officers or Enforcement Officers of the Authority and suspended from running if found unfit, dangerous to the public, likely to damage public property, or otherwise not conforming with these Regulations.
