S.L. 65.15 Art. 20Fee for tests.

(1) The fee payable for a test of a vehicle pursuant to an application made under regulation 15 shall be that prescribed in the

Eighth Schedule, and shall be paid after the test has been carried out.

(2) The full fee referred to in the Eighth Schedule shall include:

(a) the fee payable to the operator;

(b) the administration charge; and

(c) any value added tax that may become payable under the Value Added Tax Act.
