In order to ensure that a high quality of testing is maintained over time, and in addition to what is already provided for in these regulations, the Authority shall regularly supervise

VRT stations and shall, with effect from 1 January 2023, perform the tasks provided for in point 1 of Annex V of Directive 2014/45/ EU and shall fulfil the requirements laid down in points 2 and 3 of that Annex.
