S.L. 65.15 Art. 51Designation of contact point.

The Authority shall be the designated contact point which shall:

(a) ensure coordination with contact points designated by other Member States as regards actions taken in accordance with regulation 52;

(b) forward the data referred to in regulation 53 to the European Commission; and

(c) ensure, where appropriate, any other exchange of information with contact points of other Member States and the provision of assistance to the contact points of other Member States.
