S.L. 65.26 Art. 15Restrictions on cycle racing on roads.

(1) No person shall take part in a race on a road between pedal cycles or power assisted pedal cycles, including pedelecs or between any of such cycles unless the race is authorised.

(2) Requests to organize races between pedal cycles or between power assisted pedal cycles or between pedelecs or between any of such cycles on a road shall be made jointly to the Authority and to the Commissioner of Police.
