S.L. 65.8 Art. 15Leaving parking place or storage depot.

No motor tractor, trailer, heavy commercial, vehicle or other commercial vehicle loaded with a container, whether the trailer or commercial vehicle is loaded or otherwise, shall leave the authorised parking place, nor shall any container leave the storage depot except for loading and shipment, without the permission of the Commissioner.
