S.L. 94.11 Art. 18Psychiatrists’ responsibility for care and treatment of the patient.

Psychiatrists will be directly responsible for the care and treatment of a number of patients under the overall administrative supervision of the Superintendent. The psychiatrists shall have full clinical control and responsibility for patients under their care. They shall take full personal responsibility for the investigation and/or treatment of patients without supervision.
