S.L. 94.11 Art. 26Research in hospital.

Any research carried out in hospital must have the prior approval of the Chief Government Medical Officer. A record of any research undertaken in connection with a particular patient or patients shall be entered at the time on the patient’s clinical record. All drugs used for research purposes shall be kept in the hospital pharmacy under the care of the apothecary.
