S.L. 94.18 Art. 47Retention of name already registered.

On the insertion in the appropriate register of an alteration in the name of a person who is registered in any register, the Registrar shall retain in the register his name as already registered: Provided that if the person requests that his former name be omitted from the register, his request may be complied with after that name and the new name have appeared together in one issue of the register.
