S.L. 94.2 Art. 13Board to order discharge of any patient.

The Board shall order the discharge of any patient who is considered to have been cured or who in its judgment may be allowed to leave the hospital under such conditions as it may consider necessary. In the case of persons under treatment in the hospital by order of a court, the Board may, whenever it considers that any such person is fit to be discharged, make a recommendation to this effect to the Minister responsible for the Department of Health.
