S.L. 94.2 Art. 2Constitution of the Board.

There shall be a Board for the Hospital for Mental Diseases which shall consist of the Chief Government Medical Officer, the

Resident Physician Superintendent of the hospital, the Professor of

Criminal Law at the University of Malta, six physicians of whom three shall be the psychiatrists at the Hospital and another member who is not a physician; the last mentioned seven members to be appointed by the Minister responsible for the Department of Health annually or as vacancies occur.
