S.L. const.1 Art. 8Meetings and minutes.

(1) Every meeting of the Commission shall be presided over by the Chairperson or, in his absence, by the Deputy Chairperson.

(2) Meetings of the Commission shall be convened by the Chairperson as necessary or at the request of at least two other members.

(3) A record shall be kept of the members present and of the business transacted and decisions made at every meeting of the Commission, including decisions made under regulation 9.
