S.L. const.5 Art. 4Authority to publish calls.

(1) A Head of Department shall not require the approval or endorsement of the Commission before publishing a call for applications, provided that the call conforms to these regulations and any requirements prescribed by the Commission under regulation 7.

(2) This regulation is without prejudice to the powers of the Commission as set out hereunder, including the power to annul provisions of a call and to direct that a call be amended or withdrawn.
