S.L. const.5 Art. 7Power of the Commission to prescribe requirements for calls.

(1) The Commission may prescribe standard requirements with respect to the drafting, publication and advertisement of all calls for applications or any particular category thereof.

(2) The Commission may, further, prescribe standard provisions for inclusion in all calls for applications or any particular category thereof.
