CHAPITRE II. - Le tribunal d'arrondissement, le tribunal de première instance, le tribunal du travail et le [1 tribunal — Section première. - Disposition générale.
Il y a un tribunal de première instance, un tribunal du travail et un tribunal de l'entreprise, dont les limites territoriales sont déterminées à l'annexe du présent Code.
Par dérogation à l'alinéa 1er, dans l'arrondissement judiciaire de Bruxelles, il y a un tribunal d'arrondissement, un tribunal de première instance, un tribunal du travail et un tribunal de l'entreprise néerlandophones, et un tribunal d'arrondissement, un tribunal de première instance, un tribunal du travail et un tribunal de l'entreprise francophones.
