CHAPITRE IV : Comités d'entreprise.

Le comité d'entreprise comprend le chef d'entreprise ou son représentant et une délégation du personnel élu, ainsi que des représentants syndicaux désignés par les syndicats représentatifs dans l'entreprise ou l'établissement.

Le comité, présidé par le chef d'entreprise ou son représentant, se réunit au moins une fois par mois sur convocation de son président.
