Cap. 10 Art. 123Duties of owner and manager of bathing establishment.

The owner and the manager of any bathing establishment shall keep in a good state of cleanliness and decency the rooms, appurtenances, privies, baths and fixtures, furniture, utensils, toilet requisites, towels and all other linen and clothes used in such establishment.
