Cap. 10 Art. 139Damage to cemeteries.

It shall not be lawful to destroy or injure any building, wall, or fence belonging to a cemetery, or affix to any such building, wall, or fence any paper or other thing, or destroy or deface any monument, tablet, inscription, gravestone, tree, or plant within the cemetery, or do any other wilful damage therein.
