Cap. 109 Art. 3Right of election vested in a Board.

(1) The right of election to the legacies mentioned in article 2 shall be vested in a Board consisting of the Commissioners of Charity for Gozo and of a representative appointed on that behalf by the Bishop of Gozo for the time being.

(2) The representative of the Bishop of Gozo shall preside at the meetings of the Board.
