Cap. 12 Art. 1006When registrar may claim registry fees from defendant.

Where a defendant is ordered to pay the costs of the action or any part of the fees due to the registry, it shall be lawful for the registrar to claim from him, directly and in solidum, the payment of such fees, wholly or in part, according to the incidence thereof on such defendant.
