Cap. 12 Art. 119Any judge may give directions on ex parte applications.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the last preceding article, any judge may give the requisite directions upon any ex application filed in any contentious matter in any of the parte superior courts, and may sign any warrant to be issued under the authority of any of the said courts.
