Cap. 12 Art. 218Judgment to include reasons.

The court shall in the judgment premise the reasons on which the decision of the court is based, and shall include a reference to the proceedings, the claims of the plaintiff and the pleas of defendant:

Provided that the Rule-Making Board appointed under article 29 may, by Rules of Court, derogate from the provisions of this article.
