Cap. 12 Art. 260Executive titles to be enforceable on movable and immovable property of debtor.

Saving the provisions of article 353, the enforcement of any of the executive titles referred to in article 253, may be carried out on the movable as well as on the immovable property of the debtor, as the creditor shall state.
