Cap. 12 Art. 328Payment into court ofpurchasemoney.

The purchaser shall pay the price into court within seven days from the date of the final adjudication, in the case of sale of immovable property or of rights annexed to such property, or of ships, or of aircraft, or of commercial going concerns; and, within twenty-four hours of the adjudication, in the case of other movable property.
