Cap. 12 Art. 379Garnishee may be enjoined to deposit.

(1) In the case of attachment of moneys, the garnishee may before lodging such moneys in court retain the costs in respect of such lodgement and, in the case of attachment of other movable property, the garnishee shall have a privileged claim over the property so lodged in respect of such costs.

(2) In all cases, the execution creditor and the debtor shall be notified of any such lodgement into court.
