Cap. 12 Art. 388Execution of warrant in factum not to bar action for damages.

(1) The execution of any warrant shall not in factum affect the right of action for damages and interest consequent upon the non-performance of the act ordered by the judgment.

(2) Saving other provisions of the law as to damages and interest or for other purposes, no warrant may be in factum demanded for the purpose of compelling any one of the spouses to live with the other spouse.
