Cap. 12 Art. 540Declaration of opening of succession not to bar action by other personbeforecourt of contentious jurisdiction.

The declaration of the opening of a succession in favour of any person in virtue of a decree of the Court of voluntary jurisdiction, shall not operate so as to bar any other person entitled thereto from claiming the inheritance or any portion thereof before the competent court of contentious jurisdiction.
