Cap. 12 Art. 553Period of validity of decrees of authorization.

Any decree granting authorization or leave to enter into any agreement or to make any waiver shall cease to be operative, if the deed relating to the said agreement or waiver is not executed within six months from the date of the decree or from the day stated in the decree.
