Cap. 12 Art. 654Mode of making challenges for cause.

Challenges for any cause existing and known at the time of the appointment of the referee shall be made orally during the hearing; and challenges for any cause supervening after the appointment, or which, although existing previously to the appointment, was unknown, shall be made by an application demanding the appointment of another referee in his stead.
