Cap. 12 Art. 688Court to repair to place at the appointed time. Attendance of parties. Parties may be represented by advocates, etc.

(1) On the day and at the time appointed, the court shall repair to the place of inspection.

(2) The contending parties may, and, if their attendance is required shall, be present at such inspection.

(3) In all cases, the parties may he represented or assisted by their advocates or legal procurators.
