Cap. 12 Art. 753Determination of value in actions touching obligations the amount whereof is payable by instalments, or in actions to enforce or avoid obligations.

(1) In actions touching the performance of an obligation the amount whereof is to be paid by instalments, the value is determined by the amount claimed in respect of the instalment or instalments fallen due up to the day of the claim.

(2) When the object of the claim is to enforce or avoid an obligation, the value is determined by the full amount of the obligation.
