Cap. 12 Art. 761Valuation by expert.

In all cases not provided for in the foregoing articles of this sub-title, any value which is uncertain may be determined by a valuation made by experts or by a declaration of the plaintiff to the effect that he is prepared to accept a fixed sum of money in lieu of the thing in issue.
