Cap. 12 Art. 812New trial of causes decided in first instance.

A new trial may also be demanded in respect of a cause decided by a judgment of a court of first instance and constituting a by any of the parties concerned, on any of the grounds res judicata, mentioned in the last preceding article, provided the facts constituting the grounds for such new trial shall have come to the knowledge of the party after the expiration of the time limited for the appeal.
