Cap. 12 Art. 88DRegister of legal professionals and law firms.

(1) The Committee shall maintain and keep updated a

Register containing the following information:

(a) the names of persons who are in possession of a warrant to practice as advocates;

(b) the names of persons who are in possession of a warrant to practice as legal procurators;

(c) the name of law firms set up in terms of this Title, including the names and identifying details of those advocates and other warranted professionals being members of such law firms.

(2) The Register shall be made available for public inspection without charge.
