Cap. 12 Art. 903Objection to security by registrar.

Where objection to the security for costs is taken by the registrar, such objection shall be made by a protest within the time referred to in articles 897 and 900:

Provided that in the cases referred to in the last preceding article, the objection shall be made orally, as provided in sub-article (2) of that article.
