Cap. 12 Art. 948Deposit of things other than cash.

(1) Any deposit not consisting in cash shall be made in the manner prescribed in article 943, but a detailed description of the things deposited shall be made in the schedule.

(2) Saving the provisions of article 951, the things deposited shall remain under the custody of the registrar.

(3) The same rule shall be observed if the deposit is made by the marshal in the execution of a court warrant.
