Cap. 12 Art. 999Place of custody for persons sentenced to detention.

Any person sentenced to detention by the judge or magistrate shall be kept in custody in the prison within the building of the courts, or in the prison appointed by law for the custody of persons sentenced to such punishment by a court of criminal jurisdiction.
