Cap. 13 Art. 4Definition of “trader”.
Title I
The term "trader" means any person who, by profession, exercises acts of trade in his own name, and includes any commercial partnership:
Provided that, for the purposes of Part III, the term "trader" shall have the meaning assigned to it in article 477.
