Cap. 158 Art. 14Clauses which are significantly less advantageous to the tenant.

Clauses that bind the tenant to conditions which are significantly less advantageous than those provided in this Ordinance, whether such clauses have been stipulated prior to the 1st June 2021 or afterwards, shall be considered null and void.
